
Sockeye Salmon Fillets
Sockeye fillets are between 1 and 2 Lb and serve up to five people. Because fillets are vacuum sealed and individually packaged, 20 lb fits easily in all the nooks of your fridge.
Sockeye, also called “reds” or “red salmon” get their bright coloring from swimming wild in the ocean and eating a rich diet of phytoplankton. This makes them not only delicious but outstandingly healthy due to a high content of Omega 3’s, Vitamin D, and Selenium.
Sockeye portions are between 5 and 8 ounces and serve 1-2 people. Portions are made by cutting a fillet into smaller pieces, some are the collar end, some are the tail end, but all pieces are the same delicious fish. Portions are vacuum sealed and individually packaged to fit easily in your freezer.
Sockeye are sustainably caught and processed in the Bristol Bay watershed with the utmost care and consideration for the ocean and the quality of the catch.

Halibut Portions
Packed with omega-3 fatty acids, selenium, niacin, magnesium, and other beneficial nutrients, wild Alaskan halibut boasts 38 grams of protein in each 6-ounce portion.
Wild halibut has a silky texture and is renowned for its versatility with a naturally sweet yet delicate flavor and a firm texture that retains its shape with any cooking style, from pan searing to grilling.
Each 100g serving of sablefish contains 1787mg of Omega-3s, which is higher than any other whitefish. Being packed with heart-healthy fatty oils makes sablefish nearly impossible to overcook because it won't dry out like other fish.
Our individually wrapped and vacuum-sealed portions are skin-on, boneless, and will vary between 6 and 8 ounces.

Black Cod (Sablefish) Portions
Sablefish (colloquially known as black cod) is line-caught and handled with the utmost of care. Caught in the deep water of the North Pacific in Southeast Alaska, our Alaskan sablefish is from a sustainably managed fishery. With an incredibly rich and smooth texture, some people even call sablefish "butterfish" for its buttery flavor. No matter what you call it, our wild sablefish is rich and velvety, making for a delicious meal loaded with heart-healthy Omega-3s and vitamin D.

Smoked Sockeye Salmon Portions
Each package contains one 5oz - 6oz serving of wild-caught, hot smoked Alaskan Sockeye Salmon. Our salmon is wild caught in Bristol Bay in a sustainably managed fishery, then is smoked and processed by the well-known Seabolt's Smokehouse. All pin bones have been removed making for ready eating.
